Product Range We are highly specialized in the production of purified lecithins and phospholipids for pharmaceutical use. It is our goal to accompany our customers from research and development up to production in industrial scale. We offer following product classes:
Lipoid is the only supplier offering a full range of lecithins and phospholipids: natural ones from egg yolk and soybeans, and also synthetic phospholipids. On request we also develop special new phospholipids and related substances. For further information please request our product catalogue "Lecithins and Phospholipids". With NanoSolve Lipoid offers a newly developed, patented solubilization technique for liphophilic actives. Production To ensure the purity of our products we use high technology in all parts of our cGMP production. Our products are made from natural raw materials. They are body-own substances, safe, and biologically degradable. Highly purified products (for use in parenteral formulations) are filtered through 0.2 µm into a clean room (class 100) where they are aseptically dried and packed. Analytics All our products are delivered with a batch-specific certificate of analysis. The data cover chemical and physical properties, bacteriological status and purity criteria including a test for pyrogens and endotoxins, respectively. Product data sheets and additional documentation (reports, DMFs) are available. Application More than 80% of our phospholipids are manufactured for the pharmaceutical industry.
